January 2019 Payment Due Date Extension
Important notice to all customers on capped pacakges.
Kindly note that we will be extending the January 2019 payment due date for capped packages from the 1st to the 3rd of January. This is to cater for anticipated delays in payments processing due to the bustle of the festive season. The following will remain the same;
- Billing cycle. The Billing cycle will run from the 1st day of the calendar month to the last day of the calendar month regardless of the actual date of payment.
- Data allocation. Subscription data will be allocated on the 1st of January 2019. Any data used between the 1st and 2nd of January 2019 will be accounted for on the normal monthly data allocation.
- Data validity timeline. Subscription data will be valid from the 1st of January 2019 to the 31st of January 2019.
N.B. Any unpaid accounts that utilise data between the 1st and 2nd of January 2019 will be billed for usage. If you wish to subscribe at a later date, please switch off your Internet modem during the stated period to avoid inconveniences of unintended usage e.g. through camera feeds, backups and updates.
