We have noted that the documentation attached to your service account is missing your proof of residence document. This serves as a reminder that, in line with the regulatory requirements, it is mandatory for you to submit this document so that your account is compliant.

Please submit a copy of your proof of residence before 09 October 2023. Failure to submit the required documentation by the said date will result in service suspension.

Acceptable proof of residence documents include:

• A utility bill registered in your name.
• An affidavit sworn before a Commissioner of Oaths.
• A Letter from your Employer confirming your residential address.
• A copy of your Lease Agreement signed by you and your landlord.
