Liquid Home and MARS Road Ambulance Service Terms of Service
Terms and Conditions of the road ambulance service are as follows:
Customers who wish to sign up for the road ambulance service must consent to service by signing a physical consent form or accept the terms via myLiquid.
Customers are required to complete the MARS Terms and Conditions Form (to be provided by MARS).
Customers who have signed up and paid will be eligible for the ambulance services.
The road ambulance service is also available to the immediate family members of Liquid Home Zimbabwe’s subscriber base at an additional monthly fee of *ZW171 or US $2 per individual.
Liquid Home Zimbabwe will only be responsible for receiving payments for the road ambulance service.
MARS will be responsible for support services and are available on ECONET Toll-Free 182 or +263 24 2771221.
The evacuations may be called upon 24 hours a day but limited to a standard of 60km radius across all MARS bases countrywide.
The road ambulance service will only be available when there is a life or limb-threatening emergency. In the event of an evacuation, the patient is conveyed to the nearest appropriate medical facility.
The road ambulance service will not be available if one is having a minor illness and is able to self-drive to a medical facility.
