Terms and Conditions of the Welcome Back Home Promotion are as follows:
The Promotion applies exclusively to Inactive Customers who Reactivate their accounts during the Promotional Period.
Liquid Home shall credit the Eligible Customer’s account ONCE only during the Promotional Period upon Reactivation.
The Free data shall be valid for (30) days. Eligible Customers that purchase any unlimited package, will be awarded an additional month of unlimited Free data.
The Free data awarded during the Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit or transferred to another Customer.
Liquid Home employees, agents and subcontractors and their immediate families are excluded from participating in this Promotion.
Any decision or determination on any other matter in relation to this Promotion by Liquid Home is final, conclusive, and binding, and no correspondence in relation thereto will be permitted.
Liquid Home reserves the right to increase the prices of its products or services during the duration of this Promotion, as may be deemed necessary at its discretion, subject to the terms and conditions on which the products and services are being provided.
Liquid Home reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time at its absolute discretion, without prior notice and without incurring any liability to the Eligible Customer or any third parties.
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing material or information provided by Liquid Home on any platform in relation to this Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
