Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Your participation in this Promotion constitutes consent to comply with and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in this Promotion.

1. DEFINITIONS
   1. "Sign Up"means to register for the first time for ZOL’s Fibroniks or Wibroniks Services;
   2. "Customer" means any natural person registered to use any of the products or services provided by ZOL;
   3. "New Customer" means a Customer that is signing up for a ZOL Fibroniks or Wibroniks Services for the first time;
   4. "Corporate Packages" means high speed dedicated unlimited internet packages;
   5. "Promotion" means the LET THE GIGS ROLL Promotion;
   6. "ZOL" means Zimbabwe On Line (Private) Limited and its respective successors and assigns.
2. DURATION OF PROMOTION
   The Promotion will run from 13 December 2021 to 13 March 2022.
3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
   1. New Customer who register for and purchase any of ZOL Fibroniks/Wibroniks data bundles or subscribe to any of ZOL Fibroniks/Wibroniks unlimited packages during the period of the Promotion.
4. HOW IT WORKS
   1. To qualify for the Promotion a New Customer must either:
      1. Subscribe and pay for an uncapped ZOL Fibroniks/Wibroniks package for 2 consecutive months and ZOL will give the New Customer the 3rd month FREE. or
      2. Make two (2) purchases of any of ZOL Fibroniks/Wibroniks capped bundles during the period of the Promotion and ZOL will give the New Customer an additional data bundle equal to the data bundle purchased for FREE. The FREE additional data bundle will be credited into the Customers’ account at the end of the month in which the second purchase was made.
5. RULES TO REMEMBER
   1. These terms and conditions are only applicable during the LET THE GIGS ROLL Promotion period. i.e. (13 December 2021 to 13 March 2022).
   2. For ZOL Fibroniks/Wibroniks uncapped packages, the New Customers’ ZOL account will only be credited with the 3rd month for free if the New Customer has been paying for ZOL’s services for 2 months consecutively.
   3. For ZOL Fibroniks/Wibroniks capped Packages the New Customers’ account will only be credited at the end of the month in which the second purchase was made.
   4. This Promotion is open to all ZOL customers who are eligible in terms of Clause 3 above excluding Customers on the Corporate packages.
   5. All ZOL and Liquid Intelligent Technologies (Zimbabwe) employees, agents and subcontractors and their immediate families are excluded from participating in this Promotion.
   6. Any decision or determination on any other matter in relation to this Promotion by ZOL will be final, conclusive, and binding, and no correspondence in relation thereto will be permitted.
   7. ZOL reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time at its absolute discretion, without prior notice and without incurring any liability to the Customer or any third parties.
   8. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing material or information provided by ZOL on any platform in relation to this promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
   9. ZOL will not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this Promotion (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy or defamation).
   10. ZOL reserves the right to increase the prices of its products or services during the duration of this Promotion, as may be deemed necessary in its discretion, subject to the terms and conditions on which the products and services are being provided.
   11. ZOL shall be entitled to prohibit or terminate any Customers’ participation in the Promotion if such Customer does not meet the criteria detailed herein or has breached any of these terms and conditions and/or if the Customer is involved in any fraudulent activity or suspected fraudulent activity relating to the Customers’ participation in the Promotion.
   12. These terms and conditions shall be binding on the Parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. The Customer shall not be entitled to assign or otherwise transfer the benefit or burden of all or any part of these terms and conditions. ZOL may assign or its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to an affiliate, subsidiary, or parent company without the prior approval of the Customer.
   13. ZOL shall not be responsible for any breach, failure or delay in performing any obligation if such failure or delay is due to an act of God, epidemic, war, fire, strike, accident, governmental acts or requirements, or other causes, either similar or dissimilar to the foregoing, beyond the Party’s control
   14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
   15. By signing up for a ZOL Fibroniks/Wibroniks account and proceeding to purchase or subscribe for any ZOL Fibroniks/Wibroniks package, you automatically enter the LET THE GIGS ROLL Promotion and you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in you being disqualified from participating in the Promotion.
